Jess’s Decadent Slather for Grilled Sockeye Salmon
Dale’s daughter in Seattle tried a new way to grill sockeye salmon fillet.
Combine equal parts of Mayonnaise (or Veganaise)and Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (Green Top and Rooster on the Label). Slather it on the fillet and grill for 20 minutes (per Jess).
